Welcome.Great place here,a plethora of information, and good camraderie all around. You don’t happen to be a vet are you? It’s Motivating to see that nothing is getting in your way of fitness.

I don’t mind answering questions about it. I lost it as I was walking to an exit on the expressway. I was run over by 4 cars. I must have broke down I don’t remember. I am 42 years old
5 foot9
I weigh 190 pounds.
My goals are to get in the best possible shape I can. I want to put some muscle on. Eventually get more cut. I have been dormant for about two years. Before that I trained regularly for about five years. I have ran a few cycles of sustanon 250 and deca. I loved it. I want to learn how to correctly use these tools from experienced people. Not only that but learn diet as well. I have some challenges and have to work around the leg but where there is a will there is a way. Thank you all for responding.

Sorry about your luck bro. And you are absolutely correct. Where there is a Will there is a way. Love you attitude brother. Nutrition is always the number one key factor. You can take all the gear you want and work out three hours a day but if your not stuffing your cake hole with the right stuff it won’t make a difference. Upper body shouldn’t have many challenges and with all the machines available nowadays leg days really shouldn’t be much of a problem either. Make sure you read the rules and don’t ask any dumb questions like where you should get something from for example. We are here for support and harm reduction only bro. So any questions ask away.

When I’m done doing full comps and doing bench only I’m amputating legs to go down in weight classes. What ever it takes to own records. I’m tired of walking anywayS hahaha. Rusty this is a joke haha

I was in a bench press contest with a guy missing a leg. This was every bit of 30 years ago. The dude was huge. About my height at 5-9… came in at 198lbs without his leg. I have know idea what one leg weighs in proportion to a person’s bw but it was apparent he trained his other leg because it was proportional to his upper body. Needless to say he destroyed us and won our weight class and overall. Interesting to watch him lift. He had put in a lot of work in training and technique and it showed.

Props to the dude even now all these years later.

I tried that once tonight…at 9… up at 2. Ugggg. I woke up hungry…I didn’t eat my post supper bowl of oatmeal. Getting ready to make one and go lay down.
