Fucking madness my friend. Just goes to show that we may be big and strong but the discipline needs to start as soon as we get in the gym rather than when we get to bench/ rack etc. I won’t make the same mistake- fucking hurt too much
I haven’t hurt myself in that way… hopefully never. But I do catch myself from time to time just bending over and grabbing weight off the floor with no care for my lower back. I’d be kicking myself in the ass if I hurt myself like that haha
