Oats n whites

Working in yard all day… dump run…pick up meds…. Go see my buddy I haven’t seen in a bit. Probably no training today.

Supposed to be storm all day tomorrow with lot’s of rain and 60 knot gusts of wind so tomorrow will be a good gym day.

Be careful brother hypoglycemia is no joke.

I’ve got an article in process about it. Keep an orange juice or some sort of sugary drink within arms reach.

If you’re not ised to the signs…It’s like a slow creep… by the time it gets on you…it’s too late.
 
It’ll ruin your day. It usually takes me 2-4 hours and a nap for everything to catch up. End up with a belly ache from uncontrollable gorging.
 
Peanut butter toast. Protein shake. Egg whites. Yogurt. Banana and an orange…oh and a piece of apple pie. 3 degrees and windy outside today.

Fuckin love the sauna. I had a light breakfast then a nice cheat meal of a big Italian sub, just finished a full body workout at my house. Kettlebell swings, goblet squats, KB shoulder presses, bent over rows, some curls and some light band chest work and stretching. Flat bench yesterday has my pecs hurtin today.
