1 can tuna,1 R1 shake,1plain bagel,coffe,coffee,. Just had another shake. Not lifting,gotta go split some wood,another bball game,and then a card game at my house tonight,same group if us been playing for years,it’s a friendly game,but money is still involved.
 
Granny’s biscuits and gravy and bacon and French toast and fiber for me. Going to Packer game today with kids and another couple been long time friends with. Gonna have fun fun fun. No alcohol!!! Y’all can be my accountability partners. I’m gonna follow up with this after the game and tell y’all I haven’t drank anything alcohol related.

Yeah. I love the pump and the vasodilation effects are good for my high blood pressure. But like anything if you use it constantly your body will depend on it. My wiener needs it now. :cry:
 
Egg white French toast and beets for breakfast and chicken swarma with garlic potatoes for lunch. No training for the next week I’m taking a Deload until the gyms open back up here on Jan 31st
 
Honey Nut Cheerios then sleep now turkey bacon cheese sandwich. Chicken rice rear of day
