That sucks @Kad1 hope it stays mild. If u have access to get monoclonal antibodies.I waited till day seven because it was tough to find a place. My breathing was pretty bad, fever, cough, crazy head fog. Got them and felt 90% better in a day. I also hear if you get them immediately upon testing positive your symptoms will be none.

No lifting for me today woke up had 50g protein shake, then hopped on calls for work. No lifting today. Hit about a 30 minute walk though just to move a bit, also grocery store. Chicken rice and veggies for lunch. Dinner I just destroyed a 2 1/2 pound rack of ribs haha. Phenomenal

Generally PCP’s are not aloud to refer for it. But it is free nationally n all states if you have certain co-morbidities (which they do not verify) I told them I was 2inches shorter then I actually am and had sports induced asthma. So I qualified on BMI and the asthma. Got me right in. But google around your area, lots of university hospitals are offering it

Ok will do. My wife has exercise induced asthma.

Happy New Year brothers. Going to try and post more this year. I generally intermittent fast, so no breakfast. Just two cups of coffee with caco and sugar free creamer (I know- not as cool as black coffee). Doing a push/pull workout, and today is pull. Fell in hockey last Sunday on my elbow and nursing some pain, but hit all the workouts so far. Probably protein shake for lunch and turkey/eggs and rice a couple hours after.
