I honestly need to get back on track with my diet. Also general question, has anyone had any good inputs on SARMS BPC-157? Gut ones .

Protein shake and a banana. Spinach quiche and English muffin. Yogurt and cottage cheese (not mixed). Trained back and bis this morning.
 
I actually love it man, simple guy here bro. My diets usually good. I just need more time during the day to hit/have at the gym.
 
For a second I thought it was, could be wrong too. I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with it.
