Morning! Hit legs today. Been trying to go as heavy as possibly lately. Hit 385 on squats. Just need to get a tad bit lower when I go down. But I’m close. Gonna have some egg whites, and chicken for breakfast
 
Same every morning. 6 egg whites mixed in protein shake with 8oz of milk OJ. banana. cup of coffee. CoQ10. Saw palmetto. D3. Flax seed oil. B12. Turmeric with ginger. And 81mg baby aspirin. This is every single morning. Brunch I have 6 scrambled eggs. Cheese and potato or hash browns. Same every day. 😂 and chewable fiber gummies. 4 of them. 😅

Then Saturday it’s brown liquor and pizza. Hahaha

Wouldn’t hold it against you!!!
 
I’m hungry and tired now haha also cramping in abdomen
Doing bent raises so it’s great
 
Eating thighs and grilled cheese about 900 calories so little food. Mediterranean tonight and back to chicken and rice later
 
My favorite is this little Italian place where they make their own sauce from tomatoes that are imported from Italy. Supposed to be like a Cuban. Sweetest tomato on earth and only grows in certain region of Italy. That’s the story I was told anyways. Then cooked in a wood fire. Mmmmm. Mmmmmm. Gonna have to have me a cheat meal now.
 
Probably the best I’ve eaten was years ago in greek town downtown Detroit. Deep dish greek pizza
