JANUARY 6TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.No work.no gym.Got up and it was snowing,which I love so took the opportunity to go get MY dogs at exwifes house and went hiking,but what the dogs and I were really doing was,pushing out the woods that surround one of my hunting spots,deer don't like when dogs run them off,and while neither of my dogs are "hunting dogs" they are well trained,and will chase the deer a little bit and come right back to me,it was fun,and for that I'm gratefull.No breakfast.About to make lunch,2 cans tuna with hot sauce,basmati rice,salad, bell peppers,carrots,parsley.daughters coming over for dinner,so probably she'll pick Thai food.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training for me either. Traded gym time for a couple extra of sleep. Diet has been good for the most part although this girl I've been seeing wants to give me diabetes lol. Last week it was Peanut butter cookies w/ peanut butter cups on top and this week it's Puerto Rican drink called coquito. Like an eggnog with rum. Delicious but calorie dense
 
Mine used to make custom cakes and stuff. Was going to open a location before we had our daughter. I know the feeling lol. Then you get the "you never eat anything I bake" to deal with lol
Yep I use to get that one all the time. I eventually just gave in, one bite isn't gonna hurt me. Unless it's really good then I'm going for a slice or two :giggle:
