Hey UG guys! This is my attempt at a log! Let me know what I should be updating or adding on here.
Today is 4/27/2021 and I’m running an Arnold split, today is arms and shoulders and contains the following:
Seated dumbbell press 3x12
Upright rows 3x12
Reverse flys 5x10
Cable tricep extensions 4x12
Skullcrushers 4x12
Barbell curls 4x10
One arm cable curls 4x10

Macros for the day
Calories: 4026
Carbs: 371
Protein: 329
Fat: 148
