Hey guys thought you all may enjoy this. Last year I was able to train with John for 2 days he filmed our second day. Hope you enjoy. I was having a rough day yesterday missing him and seeing an update from him on Tuesday. Miss chatting with him about life and financial stuff. He was truly a wealth of knowledge and truly wanted everyone to succeed.

Thanks everyone. That was a tough workout for sure. I was actually nervous to train with him. My buddy that was super close to John said that if he invited you back for a workout then you passed the test lol. He wanted me to come back to train legs but I had to work.

Great video @PHD. I still think you should have placed 2nd and got a card. You looked more symmetrical than the 1st place guy to me. And you always have those bowling ball shoulders and quadzilla legs. Good luck this time around!!

I didn’t know John personally, but to me he seemed like the Mr. Rogers of fitness. Just a really good guy. Hard to believe he’s gone.
