Sorry buddy but that excuse ain’t gonna work,you lift all types of weight,heavy ones…
 
Went out to breakfast with an old friend. 3 eggs, home fries, sausage, 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of sourdough. No room for lunch. Not sure about dinner
 
Well that sucks I guess…glad I’m still flexible,although I did put a lot of wear n tear on my body,humping 15 miles full gear,over and over and over in NC, California,Virginia,Iraq.
 
Oh what weapons did I carry,
1st time M-249 SAW squad automatic weapon, belt fed,air cooled light machine gun,shoots 5.56 same as
M-16 max distance 800 meters about a 1000 rounds per minute.
2nd time M-4 with m-203 attachment which shoots a 40mm grenade same size as the grenade we throw, same size as the m-19 which is a automatic grenade launcher.
3rd time m-4 again no m-203 attachment,was a vehicle commander didn’t even shoot the m-4 the last time,all we encountered we fucking IEDS.
Side note- my first deployment I was in a turret Gunner sometimes,so we would take turns on the .50 cal or the m-19.
 
Sounds like a lot of heavy stuff. My brother said those rucksacks are pretty heavy when fully loaded. Plus that sounds like a couple of heavy ass guns. That will put some wear and tear on the old joints.
