July 8th edition of bodybuilding and diets

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 bagel with homemade strawberry jam,R1 shake blended with chia seeds, banana,coffee and water.Might do back later,might not.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Samo grub. Didn’t sleep well. Up for a few hours again.

Probably just do some stretching, rolling on pvc pipe and lacrosse ball. Maybe some heavy bag.
 
Eggs whites. Pancakes. Peanut butter. White pomegranate tea. Water. OJ.

Letting my wife pick a hike today. She likes those 9-10 milers. Might train after. Might not depends on what the trail holds.
 
Today is going to be 2 meals of chicken breast and basmati rice, and 4 protein/oat shakes.
I’m going to train back today. 👍
 
Push session today for me! Took a much needed rest day yesterday and I’m excited to get after it again. Nice big refeed as well as it’s my weakest parts and I have legs tomorrow. Going a little dirty today because I got some cookies at a show my friend was competing at and need them out of the freezer before I get to serious in my diet!
 
Hahaha. You poor thing I don’t like cookies much anyways. Cept for Christmas cookies. I’m more of a doughnut man.
 
I’m a nondenominational eater…cakes candies everything and anything good or bad for ya!!! The fickle finger of fate dealt me the beetes card as a big Fyou. Probably deserved it. Hahaha
 
Hahahaha. Ya probably like you said it’s a good thing. For me it’s fats. Fried food and fatty food. My cholesterol is your beetes.
 
Fresh veggies from local produce stand for supper. Okra maters taters corn string beans.
 
Pre dinner-Beer and weed,hanging in the garage with my dad n the dogs.

Dinner-Flank steak on grill, salad.

Late meal-1 plain bagel, R1 shake with 1 table spoon Avacado oil,2 table spoons PB.
