July 9th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs with hot sauce, pineapple,2 pieces of toast(homemade bread)R1 shake blended with strawberries n chia seeds,ok and water.Gonna do forearms and traps in a bit.Have a great weekend everyone.

Not sure about training yet. Kind of a lazy day so far.
 
Biscuit sandwich which lead to fight with girl so no massage today I guess. The only thing I know is I was doing everything. Right cuase she had to fine a dumb reason to fight and maybe try and break up over
 
Ended up doing heavy bag 30 seconds abs 30 seconds no rest for 10 minutes. Then some light circuit training.
 
Then drove grass cutter around dragging aerater to punch holes in lawn now that we had some rain. Should get some more the next few days.
 
Same for me today. I’ve officially reached a point where I’m mixing weird things to just get food. Put a carton of egg whites, 20g raw rice, 2tbsp water and salt and cinnamon and microwave and stir every 30 seconds until it’s pudding. Topped with half an apple pre workout
 
Lunch-2 cheese burgers on grill,lett,tomato,red onion,White American, strawberries.Protein shake.Im sitting on the front porch rolling one up with the dogs,don’t plan on moving for awhile.
 
Today had eggs and garlic rice breakfast
Skipped lunch. A lady I know in town is selling a house she’s owns a lot of properties. She can’t find anyone to do odd jobs on these properties. She paid me $400 if I could get some steps rebuilt for her on this property she selling. I said he’ll ya. Me and the chemo kid got it done I. Three hours. And she paid in cash. Now we at a bar she owns getting a ribeye sandwhich and a gyro. Rest day today far as workouts go
