It was in reference to folks going all in on any one of the latest fad foods that’s supposed to be the end all be all.

Humans just aren’t that smart.

I consider pizza a super food… it’s got everything including deliciousness.

I worked in an office with a couple of fat ladies…they were always “on a diet”… the latest weird thing.

Still whompa kittys after years of dieting

You don’t diet you change lifestyle that’s what they dont get find something that you can rest of life
