Keep websites from accessing other websites

Hey guys. I was talking to someone that was concerned about a site like facebook (or any other site) accessing the data they share on another site when the browser is open.

Theres a few things you can do with firefox. Disable WebRTC for one and a feature called Containers

Now heres an example of how it works. Each site you want to separate from the others you open a container and set it there.

Example. Here I have UGM opened in personal container. So for everything you do for work you should always lock the site you need to a custom container.

Now next to show how a custom container looks and what it reminds me for.

You see how this container (is not locked to a vpn) I have it to remind me and keep all sites I look at in Hong Kong separate from reading anything of other sites I visit.

Now in settings you can block all cookies and then make an exception for certain websites.

block

You can additionally keep opening in private windows but its much easier to just keep all your common websites and google especially to its own container.
