My trt doc had a specific number of days he wanted between pinning and blood draw. For the life of me I can’t remember…ot was like 2 or 3…something like that.

Mine likes 4-5 days after pin

Not necessary true… perfect example, my brother is 3 years younger then me… relatively same size, etc. Both of us are in TRT most of the year, pharmaceutical grade test. His test levels are always 220-250 higher then mine … lots of biological factors play a part here… including how much gear you or anyone uses… If your receptors are overloaded, then your numbers will be fucked.

Maybe that’s what mine said. I just can’t remember. Him and my regular doc are buddies so I get my t test thrown in with my regular blood labs now. I haven’t spoke with him in years.

Possible that could be it. If that’s the case we won’t really know as my numbers could be high again off lower dose
