The time has come when I can share my last Test labs results
7/11/19
Test Total 585 (280-1100)
Free Test 18.8 (2.9-22.5)

Previous yearly 2018
Test Total was 179 (348-1187)
Free 5.09 (4.5-22.4)

2017 Test 716.54 (270-1070)
Free 260 (3.0-133)
Last lab was Access Medical Labs and I a, assured they are a reliable lab.

So It looks like I have some space to grow. My Test I given 100 mg/twice a week SQ Have increased to 150 mg twice a week and plan to work up to 200 mg twice a week.
Questions:
How quickly should I progress?
What would be my goal ?
When should I test again?
What should I add?

My Test is directed by a Sports doc. But your advice is also welcome to help me with the next step
I have been developing good training habits. I have been able to ask questions with some of the big boys at the gym which at first I was very intimidated. Muscle bound teddy bears There has been a few competitions in the nation and now that they are over these guys have time to talk.
I so much appreciate your support. I am in such a better frame of mind now that a year ago. BF down to 12% and now trying to put on some muscle.
Trying to find the sweet spot when I do shoulders to not over do it to the point when my muscle enlarge so much I am in pain. Thanks for any help you have.

It would be helpful to know a bit more of the biometrics. Age, goals, experience…that sort of stuff. Did your “sports doc” recommend SQ?
 
Hi Bud here
Age 62 5ft 10 in
Have had a trainer solid for the last year
Brought my weight down from 198 to 184 with 12 % BF
I now see muscles and I want more and bigger
Have been on TRT for years but old methods like gel and IM shots were less helpful
The SQ Injections work well for me as I dose on Sundays and Thursdays
I am an ICU nurse and work 12 hour shifts so I only have 4 days off a week but I can honestly say I workout 3 full workouts a week. Sometimes I get a 4th
Sometimes my desire to workout wins over fatigue
When I go on vacation I take cooking classes and have a trainer at least 3 times a week.
I am more driven now as my trainer had exercise by mind and I think differently.
Very grateful that I am doing this now in my life. Have made so much progress

Buddy its hard because I think that you can push your testosterone levels higher but I wouldn’t go to far. You work with a doctor and I would take his advice. Do you really want to keep using more if you’re already doing good with your trt and plan your already using? If you do I can understand but watch your blood pressure.
If you have a certain question about your tests let me know.
 
Would;ike to be on the upper half of normal than the lower half. Would like the benefits of higher levels to lower BF and get bigger. Also would like to add another supplement to add muscle. Always staying close to good basic workouts and consistency. I do need to adjust my thyroid by upping the dose per the doc. May explain the fatigue. But I do workout hard

No point in improving you body and having poor health. I have a doc that tracts me. Did an adjustment on my thyroid and TRT. Doing well and eating more to help put on the few more pounds of muscle. My trainer is also got my back. I am now thinking of adding Deca. 200mg /wk just want to make it a simple weekly dose. Any thoughts or is there something else that is better?
 
I prefer npp compared to decca but it depends on how you plan on using the nandrolone. A short blast npp a long low dose decca.
