I just picked up this little guy for relatively cheap on Amazon. It’s a landmine that fits perfectly under one leg of my rack, rotates all directions and fits both a standard Olympic bar or a 1” barbell. It came with an attachment that will help put me in a better position for rows. I’ve been looking online and have found a ton of various movements you can do rather than the standard back row which is definitely the most common. Have any others used a landmine regularly or occasionally for the variation? If so what are your favorite lifts to use on it?
