Landmine users feedback?

I just picked up this little guy for relatively cheap on Amazon. It’s a landmine that fits perfectly under one leg of my rack, rotates all directions and fits both a standard Olympic bar or a 1” barbell. It came with an attachment that will help put me in a better position for rows. I’ve been looking online and have found a ton of various movements you can do rather than the standard back row which is definitely the most common. Have any others used a landmine regularly or occasionally for the variation? If so what are your favorite lifts to use on it?

You gotta check out sears online and they sell a kit with all the different attachments to do so many different movements and grips.
Just search landmine handles it should all pop up

They just got them on half racks at gym today was ecstatic. Can do meadows row sing arm row with bar and countless other shit. If I can just get a reverse hyper I’ll be happy in life

I like it quite a bit. Some things I do are:

Overhead press
Landmine squats
Rows
Single arm deadlifts
Single arm Rows
I think there are a few I am forgetting, but it helps me keep some pressure off my back in a few of these.

When you say landline squats is it similar to maybe like goblet squat trying to picture it it head

Yeah that is what I was visualizing too, though I’ve seen attachments where there is a crossbar where it looks more similar to a front squat. I’ve also seen people face away from the bar and put in on top on your shoulders to do a squatting movement that kind of resembles a leg press.

I was looking at various attachments. Look up wishbone landmine attachment and you’ll see what I mean. Having the landmine base is great given it virtually takes up no space at all…you just need enough room to fit a bar in and do whatever exercise you want to do.

If you google Lumberjack squats I think it comes up. You do hold the load in front. I try and not load the spine due to back injuries, so this just gives me an option. Your facing the bar (some people rest the weights on a bench and start from there), but holding the end of the bar and squatting up from there).

Great tool to have .tons of stuff you can do with it
