I could be totally wrong but the reason you crashed in my opinion is because if you didn’t have a test base sarms eventually crash your E because they don’t produce any if you run ostsrine under 6 weeks you should be okay I think it was the length of the cycle ostarine is very mild so I’m surprised to hear this at only 10mg honestly did you get blood work I’m interested in this

I don’t think you’re being a dick solid advice brother I looked into all this for over a year before hoping on anything at all and I still feel like I don’t know shit sometimes going on shit is a serious life choice especially if you do it improperly

To clarify my point I was under the impression sarms without test base need to be run short amounts of time, but most of them you need a pct anyways regardless but ostarine is surprising to me I was expecting S23 Rad or LGD

Yep that’s why I suggested it may not be ostarine again the Rawsa have gotten harder to get and are life expensive than most aas so many have gone to just selling one as the other people see better results and continue to come back and can really get their hormones all fucked

Ok so I didn’t get bloods because everything I did find said that Ostarine at 10/mg was the least suppressive, if at all, SARM to take. I am absolutely getting to reading through all of the guidelines about actual AAS and will only move forward with one compound, one ancillary and a clomid pct, once I get a cycle vetted through a seasoned user and pre-cycle bloods.

Since you have 80mg tabs, 80/day for two weeks, 40/day for two weeks should get you moving in the right direction.

The clomiphene comes in tomorrow but it’s a liquid at 40mg/ml for 30ml. Would you still recommend this volume? I am very appreciative to get your advice!

You need to get bloods before then. You’re literally guessing what’s happening inside your body. You already half assed something and it backfired.

I hear you but I just moved across the country and I need to establish a PCM before I can even start requesting panels. I will get them by the end of October and not touch anything before then. I also did not get a ‘being a dick vibe’ from this advice

If your I the states you can use PrivateMD to request blood work from lab corp or quest diagnostic

Standard PCT is clomid 100mg and nolvadex 40mg for 2 weeks then 50 and 20 for 2 weeks. 80mg clomid is probably better than nothing just cut it in half after 2 weeks. You do know roidtest does a test/estro @ home blood test if your worried if you tanked it or not. You get a discount by mentioning your a member here.

Keep in mind @JLee used the word “standard”.

You might have to dial this stuff in for your own “best” pct.

All this stuff effects different folks different ways.

I understand where you are coming from. I also wanted to take advantage of having some direct feedback from everyone’s personal experience directly towards my situation.

I think what @NeuroRN was saying is the search will help with pre-knowledge… get a handle on the lingo.

That way, with what you get from your thread AND studies will stick with you longer and you can pass on this stuff to someone else here using your experience.

For the record @JLee has done multiple perfect pct’s and he ain’t no youngster.
