Eggs, egg whites, flour tortillas, sausage links breakfast @ 0930, boneless/skinless chicken thigh, jasmine rice, corn and beans, lunch 1200, 6 oz tuna, 14 g Mayo, 30 g relish, 2 slices sour dough, habenero Jack cheese and 6 Devils Spit Famous Dave’s pickles meal 3 @ 1500-1530, meal 4 who the fuck knows?? Trying to hydro a 325 degree water system, a 180 degree water system and boiler startup this afternoon… could be a late day
 
I slept in and shouldn’t of so I’m behind the 8ball as far as eating but I did train legs and beat the shit out of them! Had a protein shake and banana and now eating a “poke bowl” it’s white rice, tuna broccoli, jalapeno, cucumber, edamame beans and something they call microgreens.
