When not just playing classic/hard rock on CDs and MP3 discs I burned from back in in day, I like using Pandora and have made quite a few “channels” based on my mood using a pretty cheap Bluetooth speaker the I hung from a shelf in the garage gym. If you just enter Disturbed or Rage Against the Machine it’ll automatically pick similar music and if you click like the AI then further hones in on the type of music you like. I like all types of music except rap. However, I don’t listen to country when lifting…always something hard hitting.
Grew up in inner city Philly in the early 80s… my music genre never changed … 70-80s funk … Motown…rick james, Steve wonder, prince, Otis redding, al green, if you are an inner city guy you get it!
@futureICUdoc man if you can catch the last minute of Bleed at that critical point repping out a final set it can change your life for a few days. Good shit.
@BEAR1 I feel your frustration. If I forget to bring my own headphones, I have to listen to the gym public music and it’s trash. How the hell am I supposed to get ready for my next set when there’s Justin Bieber playing lmao
