Definitely can just got my dhea online going to try liquid iv one day right now im using mio sport but I do want to try the liquid iv im interested.
We just don’t have anything around here so its difficult to get items.
I honestly don’t do you do light protein cycles heavy carbs or do you just prefer shakes to eating high amounts of protein because of the stress on the body?
I do protein shakes in addition to meals just to help level protein out. Your body can process properly 20-30 grams at one time so I keep them level all day like that. Carbs. I hit them an hour or so before workouts for the energy. I am at a 70/30 split right now being an older guy. Most of my carbs eaten before w/o.
I’ve thought alot about changing my intake im always crazy high protein but I need to dial it back. Im not thinking more carbs because they bloat me but I know I need nutrition.
