In my case its def night sweats goddamn metabolism is like an oven! I have the central a/c on and a fan blowing full blast on me at all times lol

EXACTLY brother, I have central air, and a personal fan next to bed, I think I am close to breaking the woman’s resolve to not let me put a ac unit in one of the bedrooms windows!!
