So I’ve just had my blood test results back and my testosterone is 4.11nmol/L and I don’t understand why I’ve never touched steroids in my life and I’m natural

I don’t know what to do from here I feel lost 😦 it does explain my constant tiredness and depression I wonder if my years going through anorexia in the past has taken a tole and effected this

Go see a doctor, an Endocrinologist. Ask to be put on a TRT regime.
Start educating yourself on what TRT is and what it does.
Google TRT or Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
Key here is educate yourself so you can have a thorough conversation with your doctor.
One thing to remember, Doctors are here to help you. By being educated on the matter, you can dictate a lot of the conversation.

Man everyone’s different but definitely see a doctor and get it looked into. Could be genetics or just bad luck. Either way should be able to get on trt and feel like a new man.

If you have lived a high adrenaline life style or where you are amped all the time can really affect your T levels. More and more of my brothers in my field of work have all had a noticeable drop in T. It’s becoming common place with those who live in high demand. Stress occupations

Go see a doctor definitely that’s who can help you better than anyone especially since you have prior depression and have had an eating disorder.
These 2 things make it much harder to cycle. The depression can really kick in during pct.
Trt can get you leveled out and help with alot of different issues.

i was in the same boat not that long ago. hard to figure out why you stop producing ur own test. i got stuck on like a 4 month plateau in the gym and then actually watched myself slowly get weeker month after month lost my drive. i even bought a bunch of chines test booster off amazon and still felt like crap after months. finally went to the doc and now im on trt and feeling great. the most important thing is having a doc ur comfortable with
