Making eating food easier (opinion btw)

Hey fellas I was reading through the thread about bodybuilding making us “hate” for or however it was worded and I think we can all agree with that to some degree and I remembered just now while getting my meal ready that something I found that I do to make eating the proteins like chicken easier when it gets repetitive and boring is I take kitchen shears/scissors and I cut the chicken up into super small pieces so for example if I’m eating chicken and rice instead of having bigger chunks of chicken that I have to chew up and making it slower and hard to eat I just have tons of very small bits of chicken mixed into the rice so I’m still eating the same weight in protein but I find it MUCH easier to consume faster and easier this way. Even if you don’t try this getting kitchen shears is like a huge help for anyone who cooks at all!

Eat beef. Skip cooking. Eat it raw. I like raw chopped sirloin on a ritz cracker. A little salt. Especially right after the culling. The freshest of the fresh. Take the blood mix it in a little flour. Fry it in olive oil. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Funny you mentioned that, I think Palumbo mentioned that once, but his 36 egg salad we always did and a Bunch of us idiots in the early 90s…At least one idiot blended 3 cans of tuna and drank that everyday for awhile. There wasnt any of that liquid egg white cartons and I never believed in the body digesting 40g per meal etc. Took a bunch of papaya and pepsin enzymes that were around then and threw back food. I always hated eating “diet food” the big problem was I would just try to get it down and swallow so much air, felt like shit after every meal.
