March 10th diets and training

Been up since 3:30… baby girl has the stomach bug now and was puking all evening/night.

I’ve had a handful of granola, cup of coffee and a bunch of water. Still a little sketchy on food.

Training is ???

Gym @ 5. Pull day, back n bi’s. Just started taking NPP this week on Sunday. Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and a McDonald’s hash brown. Black iced coffee from D&D. Lunch is smoked brisket and rice. Dinner will be cheeseburger salad, just ground beef over greens with some shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
 
Ended up doing an abridged squat session

I’ve been in those rhythms before. Went a a year or so sleeping no more than 2 hours at a time. Went on a little less severe than that for about 10 more years.
