March 17th diets and lifting

Pain ain’t going to kill you brother it’s the “thing” causing the pain that’s doing damage. Keeping those vertebrae lined up and not pinching anything that’s going to let you continue on being the best you that you can be.
 
I don’t normally have these problems,but I was rushing to do move the rocks.gonna give it a few days and see how I feel before I take any action
 
Also can’t wait for the 23 people were having over for tonight’s st.patty dinner,it’s go goin to be a huge clusterfuck.
 
Thanks I was 288 when I woke so figured I need to be at least 291-92 by end of month to be on course for 300 by May 21
 
I had a protein/oat shake then trained chest and back. Had chicken breast, fat free cottage cheese, and 2 rice cakes a half hour after my post workout HGH. Not feeling right today mentally or physically. Must have slept wrong too because now my other side of my lower back, the good side, hurts like hell. Think I’m getting a cheat meal later to help my brain. It’s only been 6 days since my last cheat meal but I don’t like where my mind is today.
