Good morning all.No gym,no work its raining again.this is the wettest spring ive seen in years,rains every other day it feels like,pay days have been scarce,with that being said i still feel grateful that the VA pays 70% of my rent,paid for college.Anyfuckinways,Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces of toasted whole grain bread,4 turkey sausage,grapes,coffee and water.My daughter,ex mother in law and x wife are going on a 8 day cruise they left this morning,and my woman and her best friend went to south Caroline for 7 day vacation,i almost feel like when my parents went away when i was younger,it was like,ok lets see how much i can get away with…Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Luckily for me i enjoy isolating,a good spot to fish,my gyms really close,etc
 
Out of all the people I’ve met in my years… I have 3 guys that are my best buddies. Those 3 are the only ones with drop over privileges.
 
Supposed to be rest day but I’ll hit shoulders and arms tonight so I can do back and hammies tomoorw chest on Saturday and then rest on Sunday. I have having rest day on Monday as I feel it starts my week off wrong
