My fucking Pic won't load,of course,I have nothing else to say to sum up my recent life except for ,Fuck.

Got a decent workout for lack of energy. My side still hurts from where I think the shit was stuck in me but other than that pretty good did training at work and it looks like we are scheduled for Saturday but with being sober and having Monday off that doesn’t really bother me

Rough start to Monday with a conference call with EU at 7am. Got in office around 6am then worked remote from home in afternoon and was able hit legs pretty well…back into PPL and so far on track though I know I’ll miss one in future but will just jump back into what day it is.

All typically increasing weight (or maintain) and decreasing reps (leave 1-2 in tank prior to failure)
Legs:
Squats (15,12,10,8,6)
Single leg extension (12, 10, 10, 8)
Double leg curl (12, 10, 10, 8)
Two hand kettlebell swings (12, 12, 12)
Single leg standing dumbbell calf raise (stand off a deep dish plate) (12, 12, 10, 10)
Rope crunch (high pulley) 3x25

Breakfast was at office cafeteria where they make the 4 egg scramble of your choice (ham, bacon, spinach, onions, tomatoes, jalepenos, broccoli, mushrooms) then added 2 sausage links and hash browns. Not bad for $4. Washed down with sugar free Powerade.

I'm sure it's good,I'd eat it,but it looks like something my dog threw-up

Kind of thought the same when I saw the pic myself too….but yes was very good.

Was so busy yesterday, barely ate until home at 6pm, then destroyed about 1lb thin sliced sirloin using Montreal Steak and Tony’s seasoning cut into fajita bites. I put it all in a huge salad with banana peppers, red peppers, shredded sharp cheddar, 1/2 avocado, some croutons, and a sugar free balsamic vinaigrette. Love giant salads with steak or chicken.

Today was off, back to Push day tomorrow.
