Meal plan thoughts for the week

Okay guys this is one of the mela plans I’ve used before. Not mine. But since I’m not the best at this was wondering what y’all’s thoughts were on dropping the rice and some carbs and just replacing it with chicken or more protein.

I’d have to look. I had it from awhile back and filled it for a couple weeks and was more managlebe for me than chicken. Just expensive. But easier to get the food down. Cause I would just drink all the egg whites with the protein powder.
 
I always went my LBM. I feed the “LBM” So, like 270 at 15% BF is close to saying your Feeding 230. If your goal is to be 10% ,then your weight would be 250-255(maybe more or a little less). This the starting point. Food likes and dislikes, training, D@#%s…factor in. Very basic. I would cycle my carbs and keep the majority at night…I couldn’t sleep w/o carbs sometimes. So, 250 g protein is 1000, 200 to 300 carbs avg over 4 days is 1200, fat 50-75= 450 to 700 kcal. Lets say 3000kcal…not much but that’s what are nitro retention supps are for! 270 to 250 is easier than 250 to 225 ETC. I always wanted to eat less than do 3 hours of cardio. It kinda worked going UP as well. I personally never liked a ton (350-400) protein, so off season or “bulking” more carbs and ribeyes instead of London Broil. I never liked too many protein drinks either…This breakdown never was much different from when I overcomplicated things. This is why training, genetics, time are still so important. Its an easy start to getting good dietary gains, I am old school so some things were available and some things weren’t, we drank spiked ultimate orange and had tuna with V8 shakes. Always have a person you really trust look at you and make adjustments. HAHAHA
