I hadn’t decided on my training quite yet. I recently went from a strength/hypertrophy program to Push, Pull, and Legs. Which it’s been a while since I hit one muscle group per day but that doesn’t give me much room to hit everything twice a week.

Bent Over Barbell Rows 3×5
Pull Ups 2×Failure
Flat Bench with Dumbells 3×5
Dips 2× Failure
Shoulder Press with Dumbells 3×10
EZ Bar Curls 3×10
Tricep Extensions with Dumbells 3×10
