I went to gym today and and my leg didn’t allow me to press as heavy as wanted and I feel a click in my left shoulder when trying to do machines. So I’ll be honest my motivation to go and work out doesn’t exist right now. I left after 45 minutes of being there normally I’m good for atleast an hour of socializing. With no goals currently I just don’t see a point other than not losing everything. It’s been awhile since I’ve had anything good happen in my life so gym motivation isn’t the only thing lacking.
