@Bigmurph I should have gave a disclaimer or a trigger warning or something I feel because I know we’re supposed to be about true an correct info for the safety of our fellow brothers and sisters but I think the title kind of explained the fault in the article it’s self can I have you opinion on this
Red meat is difficult to digest its a great protein source but unless you’re eating the right parts it is dangerous.
Its not the meat that’s dangerous its all the processing that is done with preservatives and sodium nitrates.
You should honestly stay away from anything processed if it wasn’t alive and breathing straight to cooking or even it needs to be from the ground and not packaged. Processing is the biggest problem with food.
Def remember hearing something similar years ago more specifically to deli meat but either way don’t doubt this one bit. Appreciate the post I’m going to eat more grass fed
