For this go round , I am going back to upper body ergo and bike or steps/hi treadmill whatever. The best results I had was when I did upper body Ergo and Bike.I have a couple very close friends with spinal cord injuries and they both placed in the WC nationals but lost in the overall to the first 2 really popular guys. 95??? At the Big University of Devils here, They used to do Hydrostaic weighing now a scan of everything like a dexa scan. I always believed the 3% shit so I was always aiming to kill myself. It is the mirror, lighting, I have seen some amazing things at the top amateur and some pros. Backstage it was like WHAT?..Half hour later or in the pre judging I was like who is that? I mean that in a way that’s complimentary. Bottom line Go by the mirror…Fuck, if you shaved you’d look 3% less bodyfat, LOL
