Suggestion Ideas: Active recovery, baby dumbbell work on smaller muscle groups, abs, body weight movements, walking/run interval training 40 minutes a day.

(No need to get the ole’ VCR out of storage)
 
Negative on the running ghost rider… lifetime ban per the surgeon unless I’m running for my life or I gotta poop real bad.

I do the hi/lo on the treadmill walking 2.8 mph to 3.5 mph.
 
I’d show you what I’m eating on a daily basis but I cannot disclose it. I’ll tell you this it’s about 1300 calories less then what I am use too. It’s not as tasty as I’m use to but I’m not hungry after I eat it. Clean clean clean. Like I said before @PHD girlfriend takes the hard work out of it. She does all the math and calculations I just shove in my cake hole what she tells me to and nothing more. And I do get one treat day a week. She calls it treat day not cheat day. Lol. She’s great responds to me always in a timely manner and is very very positive!!!
 
For this go round , I am going back to upper body ergo and bike or steps/hi treadmill whatever. The best results I had was when I did upper body Ergo and Bike.I have a couple very close friends with spinal cord injuries and they both placed in the WC nationals but lost in the overall to the first 2 really popular guys. 95??? I was against it but it worked very well. Bodyfat is weird. Id say 20%, But , I was dunked at north of 5% at my best and could not get any more shredded for the muscle I had. Very few veins the main ones,Biceps, Cock, but crossstriations with just some surface veins. i always had abs…but when I would get calipers, If they did less sites my BF would be higher. At the Big University of Devils here, They used to do Hydrostaic weighing now a scan of everything like a dexa scan. I always believed the 3% shit so I was always aiming to kill myself. It is the mirror, lighting, I have seen some amazing things at the top amateur and some pros. Backstage it was like WHAT?..Half hour later or in the pre judging I was like who is that? I mean that in a way that’s complimentary. Bottom line Go by the mirror…Fuck, if you shaved you’d look 3% less bodyfat, LOL
 
Let us say 20%. let’s use 210lbs. 168 of lean body mass! 79 inches is not bad, 61, great! Roughly, 168 x 1.12. If your Nitrogen retention is positive and you do cardio and ,Yes whatever you want to call it…get the sugar and junk out. Cycle carb or however is best for you. 12% can look fairly lean on most people, especially regular people viewing you in clothes, the gym etc. so you could weigh 186 -190 and look completely different. 20 lbs comes off fast and you train there awhile. Harden up and by 2023. Look great, if you shave even better.
 
I have a 5 inch scar from Strep skin infection 2013 from a follicle (or a few) getting infected from shaving. I still cannot stand having hair on my body especially Back and arms…everywhere. But I was really sick twice. I have the pics…I always have the proof…the strep stayed around my radial forearm and came out again. So , they go dig it out.

I get sheared several times a year. Probably never shave… too lazy… blades are expensive and it would take about 11 of them each time…

First…you’ve got your hands full with your show.

Second…wifey and I have embarked on a diet experiment. I want to see how this goes.
 
My a1c is up and down like a ping pong ball. I’m in control…it goes down to “under control” when I’m diligent and shoots up a couple points when I’m not.

I know what needs to be done i just need to get my mind right like cool hand luke.
 
@Poppy damn you! You’re older than me, you have more damn hair than me on your head, AND you have abs?? I got a lot of work to do to catch you and be the most jacked grandpa on the forum…
