My current cycle and thoughts

I Isolit is 34.00 for 2lbs on Amazon. I can’t remember the price of isopure. If you go isolit stay away from Carmel latte flavor it’s too sweet for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on cardiovascular I should be doing? Time x times a week? Or should I let the diet do the work for me?
 
If your trying to cut cardio is just as important as everything else. Just start with 10 min a day at the beginning of your workout and go up from there once you get use to it. If cutting isn’t the goal then just eat right and build muscle. I always do cardio to stay somewhat lean. It’s a bitch to try to cut after a massive bulk.
