In the past I was always told to do cardio first because it would be a good warm up before lifting. I don’t really believe this anymore I believe that finishing with cardio is better because after you lift your muscles are filled with blood and you get your heartbeat up during cardio and that will circulate your blood helping your muscles get what they need from the blood faster. In my mind this helps with your muscles healing, regeneration, and growth.
I do my cardio split from my lifting regimen though because I believe that fasted cardio is best for me and my goals.
I log all work out on JEFIT not sure if anyone uses that. To all of the crew I truly appreciate all of the information and knowledge I will keep everyone posted
I use something like jeffit its another bb app called Pro gym workout the technology is great and it definitely helps logging everything.
I would love to see a members log and be able to follow your progress.
I can’t wrap me head around purposely sittin in a place like a sauna, it’s like the wife who sits in the hot tub on a July night when it’s 87 degrees, come on in she says, and I flat out say, I don’t love you enough to get in there.
