Worked shoulders this morning. nothing too much. Seems every once in a while, less is more. In this doing them very concentrated i was able to really get a good pump!
side delt flys - 4 sets for 12 reps (starting with 20 ending with 30)
lateral delt raises - 4 sets for 12 reps (25 pnds)
rear delt flys machine - 4 sets for 15 reps (starting with 90 pnds adding 10 per set)
shoulder press (precor machine) - 3 sets for 12 reps with 1 plate on each side. slow and concentrated.
upright row wide grip on cable (wide grip tends to hit my rear delts the best) - 3 sets for 15 reps with 42.5 pnds
cable flys superset with front cable raises - 3 sets for 15 reps with 20 pnds
really felt this one! ive done more on a shoulder day but as i said, this was a case of less is more!
