My knee was hurting now my hip? Kad1 help

That’s one stretch I miss… the pigeon stretch. I can still do it right leg, but not left leg, breaks all the rules of physics on a fake hip
 
Oh how I should get back into stretching like I used to. Might have to start a thread @Kad1 of some awesome common stretches that will keep us loose. I know which ones I should do based on past experience, but I know you have better intel on ones based on how we train for weights versus running.
