Natural ways to have healthy blood pressure

I have been researching natural ways to lower blood pressure as many folks here have issues with it. Including myself time to time.

Cialis (not natural but @NeuroRN did research on it and it has many benefits for good blood)
Bananas
Turmeric and ginger tea
No tobacco ughhh
No alcohol ughhh
Less caffeine
Less stress
Exercise

I only caffeine for workout twice a week Maybe today is one of those days for dead’s tobacco twice a month Maybe when I drink
 
I’m going to be devil’s advocate here I have seen first hand and I know this works weed friend came off all BP meds and is stable 130’s over 80-90 which is what it was on BP meds with out all the sides the meds give was on two now on none and all it takes is some southern cabbage he tried several CBD brands and types and nothing compared can’t argue there unfortunately I cannot partake so I am stuck with meds but I would try it if allowed cause the sides of the meds is as bad as the zBP sometimes
 
I miss the benefits I got from smoking wee more than being actually high from smoking weed hopefully a few more months and I’m good to go
 
I like in the article how it explains that taken with the proper oil like olive oil turmeric has seven times the absorption rate. That’s a huge difference with just a little extra oil
 
I have not I honestly have never gone down the natural route and I believe in the natural route 100% because probably almost all medications come from something natural even if its in the chemistry to produce them they usually go back to the earth
 
Well your the perfect specimen for a trial lol. Cut up a couple small pieces of ginger like a heaping teaspoon worth and a couple teaspoons turmeric powder and boil it squeeze half a lime in it add a tablespoon olive oil and a little sugar. Drink in evenings maybe for first week do in morning and evening then just evenings. See if it helps. You’ll have to keep mixing it as you drink it cause the turmeric will want to settle to the bottom.
