Neuro Bounce Back

Hello Gents,

Have tried training twice since the ole noggin slam. Both went poorly. Going to attempt number 3 here in a bit.

Since bouncing my own head like a basketball off the mountain, I haven’t been able to do much at all physically. Been taking walks a couple times a day but other than that it’s been pretty sedentary and it’s driving me nuts.

Since the accident just been running 250 mg of test a week.

The time out of the gym has given me a chance to dig into some other hobbies which has been nice.

Got some more stuff going in galleries, and got a spot in a super small photography mag coming up.

@Neuro hey brother wife wants me to ask you a question….
What’s the best vitamins/one a day supplement for a neuro divergent female using 1.5 ius gh per day.
I can pm you her meds if you need that info.

Thanks bro!
This place suffers without you man.

4 days back in the gym. As light as I could go and still feel the work. Did mostly body weight legs.

No headaches all 4 days! I’m so fucking ready to be full speed ahead but I’m remaining disciplined and smart and taking the whole return to speed very slow.

As @Poppy stated making sure I live to fight another day.

This is not meant to be smarty pants but you’re getting a little taste of advanced age training.

Glad you’re taking the road less traveled. You have decades of hard training in front of you.

Btw… body weight squats and exercises in general are way underrated.

Oh and you @Neuro and @Thunder had me cracking up with the abbot and costello exchange over the pm… I’m still tickled reading it again.
