😂😂 I Had that thought, then was like wait. I did CrossFit. I know that means I’m about to die.

And it was still worse than I led myself to believe.
 
Hey, I was on the struggle bus yesterday too…

Bergeron Beep Test (every min on the min until failure):
7 Thrusters, 75 lbs
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees


In fairness it was fine until you redline round 4.
Round 12 was when I think I died a little inside.

That’s awesome it doesn’t take much to get sore after time off. My legs are still sore from Friday and I’m at about 65% on my workouts. I’m sure progressions will be quick when your r ready for hire wait
