Check in weight 220.7 and my clothes are feeling baggy! Lol coach is pleased with the progress this week but still planning on lowering food and then recheck in on thursday with a possible refeed. Energy is definitely starting to dip some, I can feel it during training. Still no addition of tren yet. Slupp, mots, reta, and thyroid support bringing everything where we need it right on schedule Definitely still have some fat to burn in the stubborn areas but that just means we wont have to worry about the weight cap and it will give us room to grow next year!Full steam ahead, and pedal to the floor.
