Here is my day 1 leg session. Day 5 will be legs again I’ll post later
A- 1 power snatch+squat snatch+2 overhead squats. 10 sets 135 to 185
B- Back squat 4x4@315
C- Power snatch + hang power snatch 135-185
D1- BB step back lunge 20 reps at 135/ 16 reps 155
12 reps @185
D2- prone leg curl4x8 90lb plate loaded
F1-BB hip Ext 3x10@325
F2- leg Ext 3x20@90lb
15 min high intensity conditioning. On concept 2 bike
 
Nice! Hoping to get back up there this year. I’m still a bit light at 205 but strength is coming along. Another 8 weeks and should be good
 
I think I may steal this routine. Sometime getting legs done is just a chore. Especially the older you get. I feel like I need a walker when I get done! 🤣
 
Yeah I’m a bit sore and tired now. Took me about 90 min and I’m an old fuck

Me too. I’m guess you don’t feel like you did with he test prop that was labeled primo

So leg day in the books I’m in bad cardio shape. Lungs giving out before legs with 405 bar. After fifth rep my body wanted to rack
