Ii have blown discs in back from heavy idiotic 655 pound show off dead lifting and allways trying new routines to shock my body to kreep growing I Will get girlfriend to take and post pics --im five foot 9 and weigh 245 today -

Its nice to have someone on here who might remember no NPC or the AAU powerlifting contests with the same guys competing at night in bbing!!! I lilke to keep it light , laugh at the stuff bbers used to do. It was more of an underground subculture, but even the way the plates would “clang together” with 405 or even 315 on the bar. Im the same age as you, I think, I dont know what 47 is in Canada years. Welcome.

changed my name -----i am not a cop --not a fed that way–ex-fed convict thats all —THANK YOU-- yes i learned from old powerlifters how to train and i learn still to this day allways more to learn even after decades on and off gear and in and out of gym-----gotta stay teachable

Its not how old you are its the size of the arm hanging out the window. On that note, the window would be on a NSX(or what ever is cool now a. Days) shit, I still love gold 78 trams am and acura NSX. Instead of the Honda🙌 if I saved the sauce money
