Thank you for the invite. I am middle aged family man. I work hard and play harder. My favorite hobby is fishing and hunting. I am not a gym rat but I am very interested in the bodies capabilities. I’ve gotten in shape off and on for the last 5 years. I plan to use this site to read and learn about subjects of interest to learn and make a possible friend. Thanks again guys and it’s my pleasure to be apart of this forum.
 
Welcome bro, I to am not a gym rat, but enjoy being in shape, puttin on some solid lean muscle is always a good thing… and bow season opens up for me in apprx 10 days,5 hours and 40 mins
