As the title says, I’ve just joined UGMuscle. I found out about this forum in my search for information on gear and I’ve been lurking for a little bit trying to get a feel for the culture here.
A bit of backstory on me: I started lifting in high school to help with wrestling, and found out I love lifting for lifting’s sake, and have been on and off training for the last 8 years as a natural.
I’ve recently taken a greater interest in powerlifting, and think it could be a good competitive outlet for me, however I have no idea where the fuck to start when it comes to training, diet, supplements/anabolics, and all of that jazz, so here I am.
I plan to become an active member of the community and hope to have the chance to become a permanent fixture here. See you all around!
