New user tuturial

How do I complete new user tuturial? I looked but still not sure how to do it? I already fucked up by sending pics of my face, so I’d rather not fuck up agaib.

What do you want to know about the certified badge?
I believe that it is a number of posts, likes and activity that get you almost every badge except the few that staff members give out.

Your right I honestly didn’t know about this unless its a new thing that tech just put together.
Im going to look into it because right now I don’t know where to find the tutorial lol

Its cool im glad that you brought it up because I have been using this platform for almost 5yrs I should know the answer to that question.

We used to have an actual tutorial. If I recall, fitraver was one the last ones that actually did it before it just up and disappeared lol

@Bigmurph it’s not good for our leaders to say things like I should know the answer to that question, it causes unease in the men,how copy,over.

Its s very old part of the system. I can’t remember everything lol I try but its hard enough to remember to take all my supps lol

Ha ha well I’m even to lazy put em in the weekly plastic pill holders, I just have any bottles lined up next to a bottle of water for when I get up

I would do this as well if it still exists true that on the supps my dresser is lined with bottles I hit them am and pm when I rise and fall

I’ve gotten a bit better, now I count what I need night before, set em by water bottle and eat em soon as I get up
