315lbs bench for 8-12 reps is incredibly impressive. Along with the 5 mile run under 40 minutes and the rest of your lifts.
Honestly bro, the strength comes easy for me. It’s the running that kicks my ass daily. I have to force myself to be up and running everyday at 4 or else that 5 mile time changes quickly. Where as, with strength I can take months off of doing those lifts then jump right back in and get to those numbers in weeks.

I was exactly the same way when I was younger. My strength lingered for a pretty long time and would get back up quickly. My running anything over a mile tanked pretty quick. Once I got to my 3-5 mile run times… they would stay but I had to put the work in for sure.
 
Switching to a different sponsor for gear and this year is about leaning out and strength training.

Test and tren is what I’ll be running with some BPC157.
Whatcha wanting to lean out to? I know you’re no youngster… losing a bit of extra “cake” will help you all the way around.
 
usps informed delivery says it was delivered to my mail box… it wasn’t, it’s in someone else’s, and it’s only teens degrees here, so if it’s sitting in the mailbox, it’s probably getting ruined. I hate the USPS.
Same exact thing happened to me a couple years ago. Someone made out like a fat rat. Never got it.
 
Gonna go with peptides. I cannot get dx, actually appointments. I'm gonna go Chiro, NMD. Some days I wanna kick ass, I look good but then other days I feel I have palumboism!! I'm back on tuna about 5 cans and then a nice piece of lean meat . Everything with gluten free as possible. I cycle my sugar, no DM but I cycle carbs. But, I am an asshole if I don't get sugar like even hard candy, Werther's...cake or ice cream too. But I crave Australia licorice and such more. It's weird, never drink or drank. Had my Nubain and GHB in the early 90s. But trained on it. Felt great on GHB from the Gnc shelves. When I look back I guess I was an addict and have 30 years sober. The crowd was fun...fuckin crazy! It was a subculture. Some went to the darker side

So I'm all over still but it's only those hours ofu week. I've found the way to be a father of an adult, going thrifting with the same partner for 12 years, only likes big shoulders
When I'm that guy I try to give 100% and for 2,hours a day, I'm meathead!!!!
