New Year, New Gear?

I have goals with a bunch of “and gates”

The mandatory’s (and gates) are:
1. Health… blood labs etc
2. Quality of life… mobility, no (new) pain, ambulatory/walking normal
3. Stay lean which will help above.

Goals:
Squat over 400 pounds in a meet
Bench over 300 pounds in a meet
Do the above at 181 lbs bw OR below 190 with all the “and gates” checked…ie.. pack on a bit of bw not to exceed 190 with good labs and mobility.
Stretching at least 5 x a week.

The sauce:
Test cyp floating between 300-500 a week
Switched to proviron and dropped mast e.
Hgh 2-5 ius a day 5-6 days a week.

I have Superdrol on hand. With my particular “requirements”. I will be using it as pwo sparingly… closer to meet. With my option to dump it altogether

Everything above is tentatively scheduled for May/June timeframe.
You got this champ

I’ve been driving mobility hard this past month for that very reason. I also need to be able to rotate my torso to pose and apparently my spine don’t like to move! How you feeling recover wise

It's weird but everything is improving. The numbness in my fingertips is getting better and I can partly flex my right pectoral now. It looks so strange when I do. Strength is coming back slowly. My biggest concern is when I use a dumbbell, my right arm struggles to stabilize it and I feel the other muscles working around it. Overall I seem to be improving. Sorry about the rant but it's difficult trying to explain it.

Well motherfuckers, sounds like you guys got it figured out, with your goals...me,I'm lost in the sauce.i have no desire to go to the gym on a regular basis, and mentally wouldn't be able to handle a cycle...I have a permanent goal, which is to never fail my daughter again, unfortunately it conflicts with some of personal issues, and my mental health shit.

Probably take time to get all the stabilizer stuff strong again. Sounds like you got it on the run.

Dude that sounds like it was a success! That’s so great to hear. Overall improving is the name of the game. When’s the next follow up?

My next follow-up is next Wednesday. I think this is an X-ray to make sure everything is still where it needs to be.

How's the posing going? I hear that it's not as easy as it looks!

Just running TRT going into my last year on the active duty transitioning into the guard. Had a cycle planned out but it’ll work out best this way, while continuing to maintain athleticism and mobility.
Much like JLee, doing lots of mobility work and stretching.

Currently sitting at around 235-238 at 6ft, running a sub 35 min 5miler(with a struggle) and maintaining strength(refuse to max due to risks of injury):

Bench - 315 for 8-12 reps
Squat - 405 for reps
Deadlift - 585 for 4-6 reps
Strict Pull ups - 30-40 reps

so let’s see how long that lasts!
315lbs bench for 8-12 reps is incredibly impressive. Along with the 5 mile run under 40 minutes and the rest of your lifts.

I went through a period of time last year when i had absolutely no desire to train. So I didn’t. I let it run its course and then one day I was like, it’s time to fucking train!

As far as your permanent goal, I can’t think of a better one.

Dude. That shit feels like a Rubik’s cube before there were YouTube videos showing you how to solve 😂😂😂 Armbrust is about 20-25 min away (Phil heath trained/s there) and they have a solid posing class on Saturdays. So once they start up in the new year I’ll bit the bullet and stay up “late” on a workday and start getting some coaching.

Get back into shape, get back into my right state of mind… 500 mg Sus 250 and 400 mg NPP/wk for a while before I switch over to just Test E and EQ to cruise… I’ve got a lot of hate, and zero fucks… I’m going to ignore EVERYONE, keep my head down and get right

Welp, maybe… my package was delivered to the wrong house…. Hopefully they’re good Samaritans and they deliver it to me, otherwise I’m going to have to burn the neighborhood down

Plan on using g that dhb that was gifted to me February. My goals for the new year stay as injury free as possible and maybe make one more run at the platform. If not I’m going to work on just getting into the best looking shape of my life. One nice thing about new job is break schedule will let me get in 5-6 meals in easy.
